Shipping Info

L.M.A. turnaround times can vary & will be emailed to each customer. Due to the items that are customized, they are shipped in the order they are purchased. If you need item(s) to be rushed there is a $10 non-refundable rush fee, but contact us for more information. 

It is the customer responsibility to properly measure the individual & send the information accordingly. Expect 1-2 weeks after measurements & all other pertinent details are received & confirmed. Once it's received we will follow up with a email verifying information, once it's verified it CAN NOT be changed because it will already be in production. Turnaround time can exceed 1-2 weeks depending on the details of the products etc. It can possibly be 3-4 weeks long during our busier times. If there is a date that the item(s) is needed please mention it in the order & we will let you know if it's suitable on our end. 

Keep in mind that turnaround items DO NOT include shipping times. Orders CAN NOT be returned for late delivery, especially when choosing the First Class Mail option.

Insurance:

Insurance is available on all orders at the request of the customers. It must be requested & paid for by the customer prior to shipment. Once the product have left L.M.A. we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. If United States Post Office damage any products, or loose them is NOT L.M.A. responsibility. So we highly recommend the request & purchase of insurance for your package(s). We will let the customer know the cost of the insurance once requested.
