Items may be returned for a full refund of the item purchase price ONLY if they are found to be different than description, however L.M.A. must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
L.M.A. is NOT responsible for refunding shipping charges, insurance fees or any other fee associated with the product. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. L.M.A. tutus are custom made & measurements are required, if you choose to use standard sizing based on age & current clothing size, L.M.A. will not be held accountable for an improper fit & the item(s) CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Items returned must be unworn, unused & in the original condition as it was shipped to the customer. Items must be returned in a box equivalent to the original box used by L.M.A. If the items are forced/squished into a package/box that is too small the product will NOT be accepted.
*Orders CAN NOT be returned for late delivery.
*Custom made items CAN NOT be returned for a refund or credit however we will kindly make any adjustments as needed. All of our items are handcrafted & consist of a delicate nature, if it arrives with a defect please contact L.M.A. immediately. (We must receive a message via email, phone within 24 hrs) or we are NOT responsible. Once L.M.A. receive the item we will refund the cost of the item or ship the exchange item of the same value, not less than the value of the item, must be equal value or more.
Our items are inspected by our quality control department & are signed off before shipped, so any items that do not meet our return policy requirements will NOT be credited. There is a non-refundable handling fee of $10 on all returns. Also there is a $1 non-refundable fee on ALL refunds to cover Pay Pal refund fees.
Please contact L.M.A. if there is any problem with your item(s) we will do our best to resolve any issues.
In addition for women's clothing there is NO refund due to change of item, ONLY a store credit which must be used within 15 days from original purchase. We will exchange for a different size if that's the issue. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping & insurance charges.
